Kevin Gates Releases “Flicka Da Wrist”

After making news for his admission that he’s been in a sexual relationship with his cousin last month, Kevin Gates has returned with a new single. The Fred On Em-produced “Flicka Da Wrist” track finds Gate making reference to Jay Z and Kanye West. “Ain’t no more real niggas, I’m who Jay Z / And Kanye like to listen to honeslty,” he raps, “They probably won’t tell you that honestly / Super polite, got a record that followed me.”

In January, Gates, opened up about being in a relationship with a woman he found out was his cousin.

Madonna made news in the Hip Hop world with the release of her latest album tracklist given its features from Nas, Chance The Rapper, and even Mike Tyson. Earlier this week, we got a chance to hear Nas on Madonna’s “Veni Vidi Vici” and both artists offer up autobiographical lines throughout.

“Madonna, life is so crazy,” Nas says at the beginning of the track. “You’ve been through a lot. Gotta tell you a story sometimes.”

Madonna raps on the song herself, spitting, “I started writing songs, I kinda got into the groove / They tried to criticize my every single move/ But then I realized I had nothing left to lose / It took me by surprise when I became the news.”
