NBA All-Star Weekends are always an interesting mix of sponsored parties, busloads of celebrities (and celebrity wannabes), and sure, a little basketball. Being that this year’s festivities take place in New York City, All-Star feels like it’s been injected with steroids: take for instance last night’s dueling mega concerts — one headlined by Kanye West, the other by Diddy and Snoop, each with a ton of surprises.
On this week’s episode of The Juice Podcast, Brooklyn’s own Fabolous joins guest hosts ItsTheReal‘s Eric and Jeff Rosenthal to discuss his plans for All-Star, the success of his latest album The Young OG Project, and how exactly he went about getting his hands on Kanye’s new Adidas shoes, the Yeezy Boosts.
Fab talks in great detail about his infamous tweet about Kendrick Lamar‘s “Control” verse, the year he was traded from Atlantic to Def Jam and 50 Cent tried to sign him to G-Unit Records, and whether he’d possibly sit through a Knicks-Nuggets game this season.
