Authorities have released sketches of a possible suspect in the fatal shooting of a man backstage at a rap concert in Silicon Valley.

Eric Johnson was shot several times Aug. 22 at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View where rappers Wiz Khalifa and Young Jeezy performed. The 38-year-old died at a hospital.

Mountain View police Sgt. Saul Jaeger says the sketches of a possible suspect – one with hair and one without – were released Tuesday and authorities are asking the public to help identify him (see below).

However, investigators couldn’t provide a detailed description of the man.

Police investigating Johnson’s death arrested the platinum-selling Young Jeezy on a weapons charge after finding an AK-47 at another California venue. The charge was dismissed after prosecutors said there wasn’t enough evidence. He was never a suspect in the killing.
