Many have been impatiently awaiting new music from Missy Elliott — even more so after her performance alongside Katy Perry at Super Bowl XLIX on Feb. 1.

Good news: The rapper has been in the studio with longtime friend and collaborator Timbaland, cooking something up.
On Tuesday night, Missy took to Twitter to share a photo of her and Timbaland in the studio. “Me & @Timbaland bk 2 the drawing board studio dirty beats,” she tweeted.

It’s been 10 years since she’s released a full-length studio album. The Cookbook was released on July 4, 2005 and peaked at No. 1 on Top Rap Albums chart and No. 2 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
After her 2015 Super Bowl halftime set, Elliott’s albums and song downloads earned a 996 percent sales rise in the United States, according to Nielsen Music.
