The Louisiana rapper cancelled a show in North Carolina on Friday due to dehydration.
The artist formerly known as Lil Boosie was hospitalized over the weekend due to dehydration, according to TMZ.
Boosie Bad Azz cancelled a planned performance in Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday (February 27) after complaining of “feeling frail and weak” according to the site. Boosie was brought to a nearby hospital shortly after where he was diagnosed with severe dehydration and given intravenous fluids.
Boosie was scheduled to perform in Georgia last night (February 28) and will move forward with his current tour.
Earlier this year, Boosie announced plans to release an album and a biopic chronicling the story of his life. “In 2015 you can expect the album, you can expect the movie,” he said. “I’m shooting my life story movie. It’s crazy.”
